The Bridal Loft - 4 Queen Bedrooms, 3 full restrooms, fully stocked kitchen, 50+seating dining hall, stage, recreation area with pool table, couches, fireplace, and beverage area. Brides usually own the Loft while getting ready. This area works well for rehearsal dinners or smaller indoor wedding ceremonies.

Lower Level - 3 King Bedrooms, 2 full restrooms, stage, breezeway with seating and stage, covered pavilion with stage and dining area, outdoor covered chapel with plenty of room for open air seating, Groom’s Room, and bunkroom.

A Groom’s Room lodging, Bunkroom, and RV spaces can be added. (The RV Park is not visible from the barn)

The Grounds - 95 scenic acres, hilltop, rocky creek, and riding/hiking trails. Plenty of scenic areas for photogenic opportunity. See Ammenities tab as well.

We have about 250 folding chairs, 15 - 5ft round tables, and several rectangular tables, several key decorations (barrels, troughs, signs etc) for your use and are included with your booking.

Flexibility: Food DIY or caterer. Sound: Live, DJ, or use our Bluetooth speakers for DIY.

Included: 2 Night, 7 bedrooms, Kitchen, Groom’s Room day use, all public areas Pavilion, dining hall etc, weekend property use, scheduled advanced property use for engagement photography. Chairs and table use, ceremony area chair set-up and takedown. Bed linens, towels, and toiletries. Bluetooth Speakers and a no charge decoration closet which usually has multiple signs, table centerpiece settings, barrels, archways, etc. We also have several food chafers (warmers) for your use as well as drink dispensers for your crowd.

The few add-ons: Note: We have very few add-ons such as Bunkroom, Groom’s Room Lodging Ice/Walk-in Cooler, RV Parking, table cloths. Our strategy not to nickel and dime you.

Prices vary some based mainly on the month. For example June, September, and October start at $3950 (or less), March and April at 3250, other months in-between, winter even less. We do some discounts, or tailored pricing for micro-weddings, military, or other fitting reasons. Off months - we may adjust the number of bedrooms included to lower the price for you. (tax not included in pricing)

Yes, 7 bedrooms of lodging is included! You can treat your loved ones to a special weekend or you can have them pitch in for a room, saving you money. If you charge 5 bedrooms at 125 each for 2 nights, that would save you $1250 right there!
